Director of Communications and Brand Identity
INTERNATIONAL INTERN (II)
The Director of Communications should be able to oversee communication and information flow between The VALOR Groups and various publics. Preferred candidatesshould be able to manage the VALOR Groups’ communications departments while also being the face of the organization both at media events and working in conjunction with the marketting and public relations departments. The selected candidates must be able to build partnerships across board, with an understanding of the core values that drive The VALOR Groups. Both eloquent speaking and strong writing skillsets are required for this position.
Director of Media and Public Relations
INTERNATIONAL INTERN (II)
The Director of Media and Public Relations will work in collaboration with other directors to accurately determine key performance indicators for the VALOR Groups’ Public Relations unit; and organize press conferences, secure and maintain VALOR’s relationship with media professionals, write press releases, and manage communications budget. Preferred candidate must understand and be able to give expression to the core values of The VALOR Groups. Selected individuals will grow and maintain stellar brand awareness for The VALOR Groups. Public-speaking and report-writing skills are mandatory requirements for this position.
Director of Strategy
INTERNATIONAL INTERN (II)
The Director of Strategy and Development must possess a deep understanding of organizational strategy and be able to implement same through innovative and creative partnership development. Preferred candidates must be able and willing to build partnerships – with significant levels of understanding about the core values that drive The VALOR Groups and be able to give expression to them in corporate settings. Grant-writing, memo-writing, and report-writing skills are must-haves.
Director of Programs
INTERNATIONAL INTERN (II)
The Director of Programs should possess basic communications, community-building, and effective planning skills. Preferred candidate will have significant levels of understanding about the core values that drive The VALOR Groups and be able to give expression to them in corporate settings. Selected individuals will manage and execute, in conjuction with other units, the international programs of The VALOR Groups. Report-writing skill is a mandatory requirement for this position.
Director of Creativity and Design
INTERNATIONAL INTERN (II)
The Director of Creativity and Design should possess a strong passion and worth ethic, effective communications, community-building, and precision skills. Preferred candidate will have a measurable level of understanding about the core values of The VALOR Groups, and be able to give expression to creative ideas in design. Selected individuals will design and manage VALOR’s products, in collaboration with other program units at The VALOR Groups. Creative writing skills are mandatory requirements for this position.
Director of Productivity
INTERNATIONAL INTERN (II)
The Director of Productivity should possess a strong passion and worth ethic, effective communications, community-building, and precision skills. Preferred candidate will have a measurable depth of global finance and funding for non-profit organizations. An understanding of impact investment, including the practical ways it could support fulfilment of the mission and vision of The VALOR Groups is an essential requirement, in addition to grant-writing skills and fundraising abilities.
Director of Information
INTERNATIONAL INTERN (II)
The Director of Information should be knowledgable about and familiar with organizational information, business data, and people management best practices, possess a strong work ethic, and effecient community-building, and precision skills. Strong research, excellent communications, and writing skills, including a levelled understanding of The VALOR Groups are mandatory requirements for this position. Selected individuals will manage the VALOR’s information infrastructure.
Director of Security
INTERNATIONAL INTERN (II)
The Director of Security should be knowledgable about and familiar with organizational and personnel security best practices, be a professional and possess a strong work ethic alongside an effecient community-building and precision skills. Strong research, excellent communications, and writing skills, including a levelled understanding of The VALOR Groups are mandatory requirements for this position. Selected individuals will manage the VALOR’s security infrastructure.
Director of Impact Analysis
INTERNATIONAL INTERN (II)
The Director of Impact Analysis should be knowledgable about and familiar with the metrixes of social and organizational impacts, data analytics, including how organizational actions impact society as a whole. An excellent research and organizational mindset, being able to identitify interconnections between data events, and good communications and writing skills, including a levelled understanding of mission of The VALOR Groups are mandatory requirements for this position.
Director of Innovations
INTERNATIONAL INTERN (II)
The Director of Innovations should be an innovative indidivual, who can work across multiple domains, making connections between ideas and their functions in society. Indiduals selected for this position will be those who are able to identify creativity at unexpected sites. Critical thinking, excellent communications and writing skills, including a levelled understanding of The VALOR Groups are mandatory requirements for this position. Selected individuals will work with other team members.

FOR INTERNATIONAL INTERNS (II)
Prospective candidates should be individuals who, among others, meet the following listed criteria and can effectively navigate new and social media platforms: analytical, creative, socially intelligent, self-motivated, and ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
All International Interns (II) positions report to the International Headquarters.

While interning, Directors on operate at the Assistant Director level, until completion of the internship.
Internship could last up to 4 months. Extended internship may not last beyond 10 calendar months.
