STANDARDS

Here are some important protocols serving as general guide

Items of information on this page serve as a general guide for project managers at The VALOR, and to aid smart, efficient, and result-oriented performances.  This means that the information here updates from time to time — as needed.

Generally and due to the fact that The VALOR Group’s existence corresponds to — in proactive (preventive) and responsive (curative) terms —  the ailing realities in society, ALL VALOR projects and initiatives shall adopt the S.M.A.R.T. MODULE. S.M.A.R.T. stands for:

  1. Specific: Projects that we embark upon are well-defined and within specific, definable demographics;
  2. Measurable w/Measurement: Project Reports demonstrate what methods and standards were used in carrying them out; and beneficiaries are knowable, verifiable to the general public; project reports are mandatory and due immediately or upon completion of tasks;
  3. Achievable: We do not embark on tasks that cannot be completed; proposal submission must be received before project is approved for execution;
  4. Relevant: Projects must have impact on society and persons, and must be relevant to our philosophies and values;
  5. Time-Oriented: Every ongoing project must have a deadline.

We use S.M.A.R.T. to interpret our philosophy and values, which in turn guide execution of our programs.
